I was extremely impressed with how Katrina S.Bates funeral home handled my brother’s remains from beginning to the end. When I saw him in the casket after his brief illness, she made him look like he did before his illness. He looked peaceful. The casket was absolutely beautiful with his name engraved on the casket and a casket card with his picture visible when casket was open. It was presented to our family at the cemetery.. The facilities were absolutely elegant and classy. She treated my family like family.
